Continuing Professional Development Hours
Conference professional development sessions are accounted on a per hour basis.
3. Suggested dress code is business casual. Dress for the admission to member-ship ceremony and banquet is cocktail attire; black tie optional. CGA Ontario reserves the right to substitute speakers or modify program content.
1. Refund policy: refunds will be issued if cancellation notice is received by 4:30 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2011. A substitute participant will be accepted at any time.
2. People with dietary restrictions or those who require special accommodation for disabilities, are asked to attach the information to the annual Conference 2011: MORE registration form.
