Employer Letter

If you would like CGA Ontario to send your current employer a letter advising that you will be formally admitted to membership on November 7, 2009, and thanking him or her for the support and encouragement given to you, please complete the form below by October 5, 2009 (All fields are required). Letters will be mailed that week. Please note that only one letter will be sent to your employer and it is up to your employer to announce it to the whole organization.
