Registration
Please note: registration is for the conference, not for a specific session. Seating for sessions is on a first come basis onsite and sessions are subject to filling to capacity before all can be accommodated. Conference delegates will receive the materials from all sessions. Conference materials are loaded on a USB key and will be distributed the first day of conference. One week prior to the conference, presentations will be loaded on the conference website. Along with your confirmation of registration, a link and a password to access these presentations will be provided.
2. Reserve a room with the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel (Toronto) by Friday, September 30, 2011. Quote “CGA Ontario” to ensure you receive the special conference room rate of $231, single or double (a third person sharing is an additional $30).
How to Register
1. Register online by Monday, September 19, 2011, to qualify for the early online registration prize. Please register for the conference by Friday, October 7, 2011.
