How to Register

1. Please register for the conference by Friday, October 9, 2009. To register and pay for Conference 2009 online please visit:

   You will receive confirmation of registration by return mail.
   
   Please note: Registration is for the conference, not for a specific session. Seating for sessions is on a first come basis onsite and sessions are subject to filling to capacity before all can be accommodated. Conference delegates will receive the materials from all sessions.
   
   
2. Reserve a room with the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel (Toronto) by Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Quote “CGA Ontario” to ensure you receive the special conference room rate of $219, single or double (a third person sharing is an additional $30).
